🧟‍♀️Have a listen to the entire song — it’s lyrically intense. When you’re in touch with and embrace your sexuality, you encounter people like Charlene: the embodiment of a woman who is also sexually driven. 

🧟‍♀️But in her past, she was a victim of child abuse — sexually abused by her father while her mother remained silent – “She used to bed abused by her pa, pa, pa”.

🧟‍♀️The ending is severe though — crazy. Charlene is not just sexual; she is vengeful. Hence the lyrics: “she sliced ’em with the butcher in the jaw, jaw, jaw”!

🧟‍♀️The relatable part of the story, for me, is that despite Charlene’s sexual character having roots in early exploitation (“She tried to call me daddy, I said Nah, Nah, Nah”), her partner is unhampered by her past. He loves her purely, unconditionally, and deservedly reaps all the benefits. 

🧟‍♀️If you’ve ever dated a stripper, or if you’re a poly, or if you’re just a little kinky, experimental, or if you enjoy the odd porno now and then, you can appreciate this NAH NAH NAH. People stray away from being explicit. I, on the other hand, being in my own rapping lane, can do anything, say anything, rap and sing what I feel. Personally I’m 90% of everything above. 

🧟‍♀️Thanks to producer Pro-Logic for the sick beat! Although I feel many people may have difficulty relating to CHARLENE — and some women may even find her character a bit offensive — I love it, retribution for every woman who has ever been abused by a parent, family-member or any one else for that matter. Im glad she got ‘em, and I’m glad to add NAH NAH NAH (CHARLENE) to my library.
